After a dismal marketing campaign from another real estate, I approached Ross who went out of his way to help and advise even before the house was officially listed with George Brand. The house was listed on the Monday and sold on the first open house on the Saturday for a terrific price. His communication skills, professionalism, market knowledge and friendliness were in stark contrast to the other real estate. Ross knows the area as he lives there so that was a major plus, being an interstate seller was a challenge but Ross was always willing to check up on the house and attend to anything we needed . Yes we got an outcome, but in the Sydney market Real Estate agents run a campaign of three Saturdays and three mid week viewings. Just to have one Saturday viewing on school holidays seemed a little under done. Adding to that your percentage you take is higher than the Sydney market.
