Ross was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in our endeavor to sell our house. Ross has a lot of knowledge of Kariong, being a local for many years. From the day we walked into his office and sat down to discuss selling our house to the current day, we felt comfortable with him. He has been helpful, recommending some ideas, but didn't try to make us do any changes that we were unable or uncomfortable with. He organised open houses with ease and even looked after our dogs as he showed people through! He explained everything thoroughly, including all sales details and costings involved, and was not unreasonable with his expectations of our sale. He was realistic with the purchasers and made sure their affairs were in order, prior to presenting a reasonable offer to us which we accepted.
