Ross did good work for me, he managed my property well for about six months while it was renting; he was recommended by the building manager of my block, so it seems she had heard no complaints from other owners/tenants (Ross manages a dozen or more units in that block). Then Ross helped me sell it and I made a very substantial capital gain. Obviously 'the market' was good, but so was Ross' advice; together we decided the market probably was peaking and it was therefore a good time to sell (and Ross went out of his way to also discuss this with my brother, a financial advisor, which I appreciated). Then Ross managed the inspections well, kept me constantly updated, and ended up negotiating hard with several interested buyers to get me a good deal. Then, literally in the same week as the property settled the Sydney market fell for the first time in 5 or 6 years: perfect timing! So my experiences with Ross were all positive, I would recommend him to anyone wanting to manage or sell property in the Marrickville area where he concentrates his business activities.
