Prior to joining the real estate industry Ross enjoyed a 12 year career in his family owned Neilson Holden dealership in Ferntree Gully and Berwick. Ross started his real estate career in 1987 when his first real estate position was with Frank Facey First National. Since that time his experience and negotiating skills have earned him the respect and loyalty of his many clients.
Being a fully licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Valuer means Ross offers a one stop real estate shop, providing all services and to the highest of standards you would expect as a client and that he has achieved a reputation for.
Nowadays with the Neilson Partners team numbering 50, Ross helps to keep the business flowing and up to date with industry improvements and change. He confesses that while his selling time is now somewhat limited, nothing is more enjoyable than helping clients buy, sell and lease property, be it residential or commercial.
In his spare time Ross enjoys fishing, motorbike riding and relaxing with his wife and family.
