My wife and I purchased a house through Ross recently. After doing the usual rounds of open houses every weekend for months on end and encountering the normal slick sales tactics and vague information regarding price from almost every other agent, interacting with Ross came as a welcome change. From the open house, throughout the negotiation and to the signing of the contract, Ross displayed exceptional integrity and straight forward, genuine communication. There was no outlandish showmanship, fancy suits, hyperbolic language or descriptions of the property, just what I felt was an old-school approach to the whole process. At any point it was easy to get in contact with him or Sandy, and he facilitated our pre-purchase inspections with ease. As far as the negotiation of the price we presented a reasonable offer based on recent sales nearby. Ross knew of the properties that we were referencing and this shows that he has his finger on the pulse of the market in the Elanora area.
