Easy Process

I made an appointment with Ross regarding my intentions of selling the house, but did not want to put it on the market yet due to circumstances in our lives. Ross came around, he explained the whole process, including selling and advertising options. Ross was open to my ideas and with his experience in the area we came up with a strategy I was very comfortable with. Ross started the ball rolling on his end with photo's and pointing me in the right direction with solicitors, conveyancing and de-cluttering the house, even though the house wasn't going on the market for another 2 months. We had an open house scheduled, but there was a bit of interest beforehand. Ross informed me of any important development from the moment the house was listed. He took care of all the scheduling, organising and most importantly, negotiating. The house was sold 2 days after the first open house at a price I am very happy with. At no time did I feel pressured into anything, or did I have the feeling I lost control over the situation. I found Ross' demeanor professional, approachable and understanding.
