One aspect which I liked it the fact they did not try and 'up-sell' any advertising and were realistic in what I needed. Ross was very helpful when it came to helping me assist in sourcing trades staff as I required them for my development and sale. He was always there to take my call no matter the time and very responsive. Five days before my auction, my conveyancer pulled the pin and Ross was able to find me someone at very short notice and able to help - it was a life saver. It was a smooth process, which resulted in very little stress and nerves! We had a great result on auction day and could not recommend the boys highly enough!
