Our house was not even on the market yet but we had been looking for quite awhile there. He offered to come and appraise our house, we said that we have only just got to give the outside a sweep and do house cleaning inside then he could give us an appraisal. He was prompt and honest about our house. He said what his fees etc were, what they included and what he was going to do to sell our house. We signed him up as our agent and then he got the photographer in and then he got in touch to say he had someone interested and we hadnt even had an opening yet. The lady came back for another look and also he said that there was another person who would like to have alook the same day as the first one. Then the second person put an offer in and we accepted it and our house was sold without having an open. Within 2 weeks of having signed Ross as our agent it was sold.
