I'm not really any good at writing reviews and wouldn't normally but I found my experience with Rowan unlike any other with a real estate agent. He is somebody that lives in the area and talks it up like he just love it , he was engaging and has a lot of knowledge of the area so can answer all your questions that need to be asked .
We have worked with Rowan on two occasions now, both with a purchase of property and sale of property. On both occasions as 'buyers' and 'sellers', we found Rowan to be professional, honest, reliable and friendly. He communicated with us well on both occasions, and in particular with selling our property he gave an honest account of expectations for us and price guides for buyers. Rowans chatty and friendly nature made him a pleasure to work with and eased our nerves in many circumstances. I would also like to acknowledge the increased effort and time spent on selling our property during the Sydney lockdown. These were unprecedented times but Rowan and the team were attentive and available to facilitate many private viewings and therefore, everything ran smoothly and a great result was still achieved. Rowan was great! Allowed us to look through the property several times and gave us plenty of time to walk through the property.
The agent is the worst I've ever met, very impatient, unprofessional service. Bad experience for us ever. During final inspection he is rude and impatient.

He kept me up to date with his plans to have 'opens' and on the same day as the open, he telephoned me to give me as update.
