Rowan provided a good service level He was always available and gave indepth reports weekly and after every open home and private Inspection. Open and easy communication skills. Rowan was fantastic with the care he took with our properties security, always locking up and confirming if we were returning before he left. Even bought his own speaker and oil burner.
