Purchasing your first property can be quite stressful. I have experienced this first hand, as I have dealt with different agents and looked at different properties during my house hunt. Some agents were rude, unhelpful, and were quite aggressive with their follow-ups. Rowan however, made this experience a very easy and straightforward process for me.
