Rowan is not your typical estate agent. He isn't aggressive or pushy, he is not a know-it-all, he doesn't push his agenda. He obviously knows the market, because even though we thought his estimate was overly optimistic, it's the price we got. A very professional and knowledgeable person, as well as being a lovely young man.
