Buying my first property

Purchasing your first property can be quite stressful. I have experienced this first hand, as I have dealt with different agents and looked at different properties during my house hunt. Some agents were rude, unhelpful, and were quite aggressive with their follow-ups. Rowan however, made this experience a very easy and straightforward process for me. He was very professional in the manner that he conducted the sale - attentive to all my questions/concerns, always on time, and most of all, he made himself available to accommodate my requests. I know that agents act on behalf of the vendor/seller, but I have never felt this when dealing with Rowan as his honesty and transparency made me feel confident that he was also looking after my best interests. As a buyer, I am happy with the work that he has put in and I truly appreciate the help that he has provided.
