When I viewed the property Rowan neglected to inform me that the yard was in fact common property and not solely owned by the unit (a fact which was only discovered after the property went unconditional) Secondly I pointed out to Rowan that I had a dog. It was only discovered, again after the property went unconditional, that I had to get body corporate approval to have the dog. I asked him to write me an email saying that if I bought the property I could in fact have my dog at the property. He totally ignored this request.
I had spoken to a Rowan a few times over the past six months or so regarding possibly selling my investment unit at Maroochydore. Rowan rang to update me on properties that were selling in the area of a similar condition to mine and how he considered the state of the market and what I could expect to get for my unit. He was correct and he sold my unit in a matter of weeks. He communicated with the tenant and other real estate agents and he continually kept me informed. He is extremely polite and personable and retains an abundance of energy for his work.
This was quite tricky sales process which Rowan has handled superbly. He lead me through couple of cycles and never lost perspective of what the property can achieve on the current market. From the start the Photography with Rowan on the beach was a great start to the programme,& although the property did not sell at auction Rowan persevered relentlessly until a buyer signed up .He also handled the buyers request for extensions on the settlement date very well.We would certainly recommend Rowan to others requiring an agent.
