She answered all our questions and guided us through the pamphlet information. The process of making an offer seemed daunting with the various pieces of paperwork but Roxanne led us through step by step and explained it all so easily! Whenever we were unsure of anything she replied to our emails instantly or rang us straight away. She went out of her way to make some deadlines for us and we felt very supported throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for all her hard work in helping us secure our new home!
