Selling a parent's home in the Brisbane Suburb of River Hills whilst residing in Perth, does present unique challenges. We decided to use Roxanne Workman's agency not knowing anything about her abilities as an agent. We were very pleasantly surprised from the first meeting. Her knowledge of the industry was surprising with the depth and length of it. She has lived in the area for many years and knows the area intimately. We brought our first home 16 years ago and looking at a lifestyle change therefore moving out of the area with no idea on what to do in regards to buying and selling as it had been so long and so much had changed. Roxy and Adam both helped us with both processes even though we were buying in another area with a different agent. Nothing was too much trouble and they certainly did guide us with knowledge and information during this process.
