About Roxley

Roxley is a long term Darwin resident who arrived just after Cyclone Tracy in 1977 to assist with the rebuilding of the shattered city. Like a lot of interstaters at that time thought his time in Darwin would be only for the reconstruction period and then move on. However 48 years later Roxley is still here in our northern paradise. In the late 70's and into the 80's Roxley worked in the construction industry and was employed as a specialist welder on large marine projects. In the early 90's Roxley was offered an opportunity to enter the real estate industry which he seized with both hands and as they say " the rest is history". Throughout his real estate career which has now spanned 34 years, Roxley has been involved in all aspects of the profession including land sales, house land packages, residential sales, commercial sales, property management, sales management and has been a director of three different real estate companies. He has a personal belief in the product he sells and is a property owner and landlord several times over. His depth of knowledge has been tempered by experience at the coal face of selling and has successfully negotiated literally hundreds of sales transactions in this period. He is still as keen today as he was when he entered the industry as a fresh faced youngster in 1991.

Very good experience

I'm very pleased with roxley Pearce service when selling my house in 3 chin gong driver Darwin. This is why I'm renting my other house in Gunn and will sell it next year with Roxley Arian
