Roy has patience and I found he works on the best interest of the client. There was once a point where he asked me to NOT accept buyer's demand to reduce price further. He could lose his sale, but he considered the fact that I had been patient and flexible in negotiation. Roy also has very good knowledge of the local area and what is happening in the market.
