Roy was pleasant and realistic with his dealings with buyers. He was always contactable, flexible, and generous with his time throughout. He provided clear, simple and transparent communication and expectation between buyer and seller, removing unnecessary headache and ultimately leading to a quick sale. Sadly these are not traits shared with much of the industry - more real estate agents should do business like Roy.
