From the first meeting we found Roy to be approachable. He never at any time made us feel uncomfortable and was always very willing to show us the home he was selling. Always allowing us to have free rein to explore the home we were intending to buy, while keeping a respectful distance to ensure the home he was selling was being monitored by him for his vendors. Nothing was too big a request and his knowledge of the property was always forthcoming and accurate. Our experience with Roy was always positive, so much so we bought the property! Many thanks Roy.
