I never met Roy from Marando Realty, he spoke to me just over 8 years, asking me if I wanted to sell my house. My property was left in its original state once my brother died (he had died 2 years prior) I couldn’t bring myself to sell our home so it was left there. Roy left one of his flyers in my mailbox and I called him asking how much it would be worth. From that day onwards he would periodically call me to let me know what the market was doing. Once I made up my mind to sell, I did call another realty office where I was told that I could get $900,000. To say that I was devastated at this amount would be the understatement of the century.
