When we met up with Roy, from Roy Marando Real Estate South West, to discuss the auction process, we were very much impressed with his knowledge of the market, his professionalism, personable demeanour, honesty, integrity and determination to deliver the best outcome for us. He was very honest with his appraisal of what price we could get for the house. He did not give us a false expectation and was confident that he would do his utmost best on the day. His skills as an auctioneer is second to none! We very much enjoyed working with Roy.
