Patient: A few words that summed up my experience with Roy was that he was instantly 'trustworthy', he was always 'welcoming', whenever I needed something, he was 'reliable', and he was 'patient' whenever I was unsure. The process of purchasing a property was daunting, tiring, and extremely time consuming. However, despite this, I was not met with "more" work from Roy; it was the other way around in fact; Roy was flexible & highly responsive to texts or emails. He always came through when it came to my needs, meanwhile, I understood he had to meet the vendors needs. He organised inspections for me at the last minute & made communication with the vendor transparent at all times.
