Hard working determined and genuinely lovely agent

Communication is second to none, but also sensors you from the mundane, which I appreciated. Showed a genuine interest in understanding our property and why the new owners should love it and the animals on it the way i have. He listened and cared and i never doubted he was working for me to get the beat result he could. He was so calm in the face of ridiculous city questions (like can they move that 200 year old gum tree) and followed up on every real buyer question, banking knowledge along the way. Plus he helped feed my animals while i was moving - above and beyond!! I can not fault Roy and recommend him highly
