Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Blacks Real Estate (Royce Dunn and Trent) during the recent sale of my cane farm. After attempting to sell the farm myself and receiving an unrealistic offer I visited and discussed my options with Royce Dunn. Royce listened to my circumstances and the farm's particulars. He then inspected the farm at length and then compared my property against recent rural sales of propety with similar characteristics.
Royce provided me with various options for the sale and after the first "Open day" we settled or a plan for the sale which Blacks executed our plan perfectly.
Royce would provide me with phone calls at the start and end of each week and following any farm inspection which occurred outside the advertised open days. The farm eventually sold as four separate title with Blacks (Royce and Trent) achieving the sale price original discussed. It was a pleasure to work with Royce and Trent who took care of all the buyer negotiations allowing me to focus on other priorities. Royce came to me with a number of suggestion regarding the sale, some I agreed with and some I rejected for various reasons , Royce never once went against my instructions and Royce and Trent delivered a successful results as promised.
