Roz came to us well recommended and she explained what would happen and how the sale of the house would proceed. As our real estate manager she could not promise anything (you never can with sales) however came through with a house sale for us that was what we wanted for the house. The sale was smooth, fast, and hassle free, and the communication is second to none. I would recommend Roz as your real estate manager at the drop of a hat.
