While Ruben was personable and responsive throughout the buying process, I felt that he significantly undersold some critical risks associated with the property I purchased. Key issues, were either downplayed or not disclosed with the clarity and detail I would have expected from a professional. As a result, I felt blindsided by challenges I could have prepared for—or avoided entirely—had I been better informed. I would caution future clients to independently verify information and ask direct, detailed questions to ensure nothing important is overlooked.
