Buying a property from interstate can present some challenges, least of all getting papers delivered!! Urgent phone calls whilst on the highway, and chasing documents lost in the mail, were just part of the process. Ruby kept in touch all the way. Thank goodness for email to get those authorities signed. Lots of patience was required and Ruby had it in spades.
