Ruby was professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated throughout the entire process. We put our full trust in her and it paid off, selling at auction for $147k over reserve with 10 bidders! It was our Dad's home, who had passed away and was over an hour away from us. Ruby kept us updated on everything happening with the property, plus had to deal with some unpleasant neighbours- which she did in such a professional manner - she even watered the plants for us! Ruby's communication was also amazing and nothing was too hard for her. Highly recommend!
