It wasn't easy...

Our property wasn't the best in the street, actually was a good redevelopment site but with that perception comes the bargain hunters who only thought about the house being in bad repair. Rudy and Kelvin knew how to market the property and to who. Kelvin worked so hard to get the right buyer who could understand what it was we were selling and we were very happy with the outcome. Time to move on...and only possible because of Kelvin's effort and attention to both us as vendors and the new owner as the buyer. Thank you.
