For me personally, I never thought owning a property, could be a possibility, on my own. Rueben is very flexible, patient and accomodating. We had spent many months getting a feel for property in Broome , before finally making a decision to buy. It didn't take Rueben long to present us with the perfect match.... we spent a little more than we had budgeted for, through ( for us)some challenging negotiation; overall very happy that a short settlement was facilitated too. A little frustrating that shedding/ storage not always accessible at viewings... otherwise viewings and flexibility with times very good. Thank you !😀
