Russ has good market knowledge and extensive connections. He is very likeable and easy to talk to. His amazing ability to listen and empathy to the seller are amongst his best assets. Russ continued to be positive, even though sales are slower now than 12-18 months ago. The sale price was reasonable in the current market.
