After been talk down from the reserved pries of $300,000.00 to $285,000.00 and then arrived at the auctions to find only one bidder there and the First words out that bidders mouth was $285,000.00 what do think? And lot of people who spoken to about it are all thinking what thinking. and most of people I know do up house's all believe that house given it's location size should had at least pulled 300,000.00 + in it's currant state. But am glad it all over
