Wow, Wow and WOW!!!! What an amazing team. From the first day that Brad and Russell came to look at our beautiful acreage, we felt safe with them. Not only are they totally professional, but also genuine, sympathetic and caring... A "new breed" of real estate agents, very different to any other. Brad and Russell knowledge of real estate and acreage is brilliant. They communicated very well, stayed in contact all the time, were prepared to give it a go and push for the highest amount we were asking. The stylist, Ana, was wonderful and really helped to bring out the best in our home. As stressful as the open houses were, we really enjoyed getting everything ready. It almost felt as if we were setting up for a big party or event, except we were "kicked" out of our own party (lol). The way they manoeuvred the strategy was fascinating. We ended up going to auction and selling for EVEN MORE than the highest amount Brad had estimated. The whole team is so beautiful. We felt cared for and totally trusted them, which is very rare these days. There was never a negative word spoken and their genuine energy and enthusiasm was amazing. Brad and Russell have a real passion for their work, not just about the money, but the challenge. We miss them all already and would use them again in a flash.
