My wife and I had met with a number of agents prior to meeting with Russell with mixed results. Once we met with Russell we realised we had found our dream agent. Russell took great care to explain himself and the process that he adopts with selling houses. I hammered him with questions, and he put me at ease with his intelligent and reasoned answers. He understands the pyschology of buying and selling intuitively, but rather than using this knowledge to exploit others, he helps both buyers and sellers. For us, as a seller, he articulated his plan and the process he would take in selling our property. He also clearly spelled out how he would treat the potential buyers through this process. Russell took a great deal of the stress out of the process, made himself available at any time of the day or night to answer questions and assauge any fears we had. More than anything, Russell is a man of integrity, and does exactly what he says he will do. The net result for us was that we sold our house with very little fuss, for more than we ever expected - and the buyers were also very happy with both the purchase and the experience that Russell and his team provided. If we were to sell again, Russell would be our first choice as agent. if we were to buy through Russell then we know we wouldnt get it for cheap like some lazy agents are happy to do, but we would be dealt with openly and honestly with a level of transparency that you simply dont see a lot with other agents. Do yourself a favour and sell (or buy) with Russell, you wont regret it - we havent!

From the very first contact with Russell I was at ease, he was open, honest and very easy to communicate with. Russell instilled confidence in me that the process of going to Auction was the best way to sell. True to his word he walked me through the process and on the night that is exactly how it went and he was able to reach the resolution I was looking for.
