All too easy

After reviewing Russell’s success for the area I knew I wanted him to sell our house. I mentioned that we were looking to sell in 9-12 months however he found a buyer and we sold off market. Thank goodness we didn’t have to stage the house or do much else. We were surprised by the offer which sold as is. It was all too easy.
