In fact, the result was better than we'd hoped, both in terms of how quickly it sold (5-6 weeks), as well as the sale price! Some real estate agents unfortunately are only interested in the commission they'll receive and once the property sale is unconditional, they lose interest in you. Russell's assistance and advice extended past the immediate sale, all the way up to and including settlement.
