Russell has been incredibly supportive and helpful through this entire process. We were hesitant to start the sales process for a long time but from the first day we met Russell we felt supported and comfortable to get started and he has not let us down once. He always explained everything that was happening but broke it down into manageable steps so we were not overwhelmed. He always has time for us and made it feel like we were his main priority.
