Purchasing our first home has had its ups and downs, we have been searching since August 2017. Russell from PRD real estate made us feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment we met out the front of our new home to first view the property. We did not feel pressured like some agents make you feel and were given the time to freely inspect the property in our own space. Russell has kept open communication with us through out the entire process and was always readily available to answer any questions. Russell has good knowledge. My wife and I bought this property off Sean a few years ago and was going to be the only agent considered to sell for us. Due to Sean's local market knowledge, he provided an indicative selling process that was spot on the market demand, which is supported by the ability to sell the property within the indicative pricing bracket before the house officially hit the market. The day the photographer attended to get it ready for market, Sean already had a client lined up to view the property. Without being pushy or demanding, an offer was made and time given to both parties to consider. Throughout the process, Sean was always happy to come visit in person (and even bought round ice creams for our young sons on a 40 degree day)!
