Russell was always lovely to deal with. He was very responsive but never pushy or overly in-your-face like I've experienced with other agents. He took a lot of the stress out of the process.

I would highly recommend Russell as a sales agent. We were all at the same page how our property should be presented and I think that the strategy was a correct one. We got 3 serious offers after first Saturday viewing and by Tuesday we had accepted one of them. Unfortunately buyer changed their 2 days later, but Russell kept his cool and told us not to worry about it too much. He came back to 2 other potential buyers and one of them decided to proceed with purchase and they even matched their offer to the one that first potential buyer did. By the end of Friday (late in the evening) we signed the contract. After that Russell was keeping us posted about everything that was happening before the cooling off period was over. Overall we are happy with the price that we got for our property.

Russell was a pro in terms of follow up and keeping us informed of progress of the sales.
