Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Russell and his team, spesifically Tini. With his building and development background he easily showed prospective buyers comparisons between what our apartment had to offer, the replacement cost, area benefits etc,etc. He managed our expectations perfectly and negotiated hard for us to get $50 000 more than what he said we could expect to sell for. Around 60 days into the campaign we were getting worried and wanted Russell to drop the price. He confidently convinced us that because we are aiming for a higher price than any other apartment ever achieved in the area it will take a little longer. He was right. Three weeks later we had a solid offer. Russell and his team helped managed the buyers finance application and constantly kept us informed until the offer went unconditional on the exact date they had stipulated in the contract. Settlement was a breeze and Russell went out of his way to advise us on how we should vacate the property and what reasonable steps we have to take to present the property to the new owners. All this was achieved and everyone was happy with the outcome.
