He was very down to earth and easy to deal with and easily contactable when we had questions. The whole process of selling our home was made easier and far less stressful than we thought due to Russell's fantastic local knowledge and easy going attitude. A bonus was that he was our auctioneer on the day and achieved an excellent price.

We really cant recommend Russell highly enough. We met Russell at an open for inspection. Whilst we were initially undecided whether we would sell, Russell didnt pressure us at all but had all of the time in the world for our questions. Throughout our campaign he made sure we understood exactly what was going on. His communication, patience and thoroughness have truly been appreciated. To sum up he is a professional, he is someone you can trust (and believe me we were suspicious of all real estate agents) and we were delighted that we chose him.

Im passing these comments along to Woodard following the successful auction of 384 elgar road under my instructions to Russell and mark. I interviewed 5 agents to manage the sale. at the conclusion of interviews it was an easy pick to choose Russell and mark. what was a determining factor is that they came along as a team, always reassuring as two heads are better than one, as the saying goes. they were very polite and professional. their patience and pleasant manner made it easy to expand on and develop a game plan to carry the sale forward. estate agents don't have the greatest degree of community respect. I have personally experienced instances of their shortcomings. however I soon came to the conclusion I could turn my back and let both Russell and mark proceed knowing I was being treated fairly and respectfully. in relating to other people I always try to maintain a diplomatic and consensual relationship. both these agents made this such an easy task. early in the whole proceedings i felt we 3 were actually working as a cohesive team and not as a vendor and agents pitted against and at crossroads with each other. the rewards of their contribution speak for them selves as the outcome was well in excess of everyone's expectations. i will continue to seek their advice and support in matters real estate in the future. with regards philip j h west melbourne
