The man with a plan...

After seeing several real estate agents through my property who all gave a sale price with no reasoning behind their decision, which I knew also matched what all the real estate websites were giving when conducting my own research. Russell was the only one to give a higher price with several reasons as to why we could achieve it, who our target market will be and how we would approach the whole situation from advertising to the open day. We had great advertising, with an awesome for sale sign out the front that showed off the features house, and also showing aerial footage utilizing a UAV to take some wonderful shots of the property from above. Their was some much needed tips to help us layout the house for the open day, which ran overtime, a good sign to see with buyers not wanting to leave in a hurry and staying to talk with Russell and his team. It was great to see Russell and his whole team there on open day, to know that their full attention was on the house and we wouldn't miss any opportunities with lack of staff to attend to prospective buyers. Now that we have reached our settlement day, the plan outlined by Russell had all fallen into place and worked perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the result achieved and will be recommending Russell to all our friends and family.
