We first met Russell at an open home he was hosting in West Moonah. Straight off the bat Russell came across as a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and passionate agent. We had a quick chat with him about our situation in that we were looking for a new home but would also need to sell ours. Russ dropped in and following a detailed look around our home he provided us with a great proposal that we were extremely happy with, we knew we'd picked the right guy to sell our house for us! While we were waiting for the perfect new home for us to pop up, we spent a good couple of months putting the finishing touches on our house so that it would be ready to hit the market at short notice when the time came. During this period Russ kept in touch regularly to see how we were going with our search, and was very helpful in providing us with advice, even calling us to help us with some contract details one Saturday evening during his own down time. Within a couple of days of this phone call we ended up having an offer accepted, which meant it was "go time" to sell. Russ was already 100% organised and sprung into action - within a couple of days the photos were done (could not have been happier with the result!) and a day later we were online. Russ had a busy couple of days fielding enquiries but managed to juggle all of these, run the open home, field and present the offers and kept us in the loop the whole way. A couple of days later we had accepted an offer well over our initial expectations, and popped the champagne! We couldn't recommend Russell highly enough and would not hesitate in recommending him for the sale of your home. Russell's service from start to end was outstanding and I cannot recommend Russell highly enough. The first time that Russell visited my house he provided some very good advice about how to prepare my home for sale. He was very knowledgeable about the market and the advice he provided was practical and really helped maximise the sale value. Russell gave me a rough market valuation at the time and I thought it was way too high to believe, but in the end it sold for more than he quoted, so I couldn't be happier! Russell was always available to contact and he was very responsive in his replies. He went out of his way to come to me each time we needed to meet, and was always on time. I think the icing on the cake was the day before settlement, when the purchaser wanted some last-minute things removed from the property. I did not have time to remove them so Russell went out of his way remove the items himself. That level of service went way above and beyond what was required of him, and I am very grateful. All in all, Russell's service was professional and top-notch, and everything went off without a hitch.
