We have always had a good transition of Tenants, great communication from the team and have always been kept up to date with any maintenance issues required. Edge real-estate offered a great team of trades i.e. plumbers, electricians, pool maintenance, handyman etc.to call on, which I might add were always prompt, delivered good workmanship and priced fairly as well.
