My house sold in 24 hours. Ruth had a buyer and knew enough about her buyer to know that my house was just what her buyer was looking for. I signed the agency agreement on Monday morning and by Tuesday evening my house was sold! No advertising, no "open for inspections". Ruth knew her market. I was extremely happy.

I have bought and sold several properties. The last one from Hum and Fea. After a long search and inspections with other agents I came across Ruth. She quickly assessed our needs, and showed us the perfect property. Everything went wrong because I was unprepared. I had to go interstate and was working on documents at midnight from my hotel. Ruth responded and send documents straight back to me until all hours of the morning. She went far beyond what I've had any other agent do for me. I don't think it would have gone through without the extraordinary lengths Ruth went to to help me. There was also another very interested buyer so it wasn't about the commission. Most importantly the seller was a lovely but naive and vulnerable widow. Ruth treated her more like a friend and was very protective of her interests. The real estate game is full of sharks but this seller was very safe with Hum and Fea looking after her. I know the next time I'm the seller on any of my properties I can have complete confidence and trust in Hum and Fea. Their integrity is unquestionable. We are still in the house and it is perfect. We love it. If you need an agent whether buying or selling, it's a no brainer.
