We can not be happier with the result Ruth delivered. On our first consultation Ruth came to our house to see the property. She explained the process to us, what it would cost and the best method to get the most from our property. I had a list of improvements that I wanted to make to the property before we put it on the market. Ruth walked around the house with us and pointed out what was important, what wasn’t and some simple improvements we hadn’t thought of that were important. This was so helpful and allowed us to get the property ready and on the market in days not months. Ruth communicated well with us through the whole process, informing us of all offers that came through and where negotiations were at. She was trustworthy and works well under pressure (both from us and the prospective buyers). Ruth worked hard to get the best price possible.
