Ruth was amazing the whole way through the selling process. She provided constant communication, updates and assistance for our first time sale. Ruth was always available and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. She provided expert guidance and recommendations which made a big process seem simple and quick, which it ended up being. From the first time engaging Ruth to having offers on the table was less than a month and she was always 2 steps ahead preparing what needed to be done so the process could be as quick and as smooth as possible. As well as being professional, Ruth was also a calming person to have with us during the sale process. She always took the time to explain what was happening and what is involved in the process.
