Ruth was friendly, personable and very easy to reach and she responded quickly to questions and requests. She handled our request for an additional viewing quickly and efficiently. As the buyer (inexperienced as I had not bought a property in over 25 years) it would have been a help if Ruth had a check list of things to look for and test, which she should insist are tested. We found many things after we took ownership that we should have known beforehand, and even though we had a final inspection with the owner present, neither I, the owner or Ruth had a list of tests that we should have performed. I blame myself for this, however a checklist might have avoided the surprises afterwards.
