We purchased a house in Binningup and Ruth was the agent. The sale was quite difficult as it was a deceased estate and the conditions were complex. The settlement took considerably longer than anticipated, which brought a little worry and uncertainty. Ruth remained positive and always kept in regular contact the entire time, responding to emails and phone calls immediately.
